Yes I am in network with Cigna, Aetna, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. If I do not accept your insurance, there is out of pocket pay. You may use your HSA or FSA accounts for sessions. If not, invoices will be provided to you when each new appointment is scheduled. Use these invoices for health insurance claims. They can be re-issued and provided to you whenever you need. A super bill can be also be provided for you to give to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

To check your insurance benefits, use this form. This must be done before our first appointment. Call your insurance company and ask the following questions listed in the form to see what your benefits cover. Take notes during the call on the form. **Note the time and date of the call. Ask for the call identification number/code before the representative transfers your call or ends the call. 

Payment is out of pocket or through insurance.  Cash, check or credit card are accepted. 

You can also use your FSA, HSA funds for appointments. 

Superbills can be provided and submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
